Job description

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK's onshore renewable market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team focused on increasing market share and delivering high-quality service to new and existing customers.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

* Boost sales of existing products while launching new offerings into a competitive market.

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Negotiate framework agreements, trading terms, and larger projects.

* Collaborate with the wider sales team to explore cross-selling opportunities.

* Conduct regular customer visits, coordinate meetings, and provide detailed internal reporting.

* Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, forecasting, and market insights teams to stay ahead of trends.

What You'll Bring

* A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of one year in a commercial environment.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle a large region and diverse client base.

* Knowledge of the renewable market and experience with electrical cables, accessories, or similar products.

* The ability to implement effective sales plans and maximise opportunities using market data.

* A full, clean driving licence.
