Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Remote (Essex Office, mainly London Projects)

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Package

We are working with a leading company in the passive fire protection sector, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and business development within the construction industry. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the passive fire protection sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Sales & Client Management

  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Present and promote the company’s services to both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Monitor, track, and report on sales performance, providing insights and updates to senior management.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the construction or fire protection sector.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of passive fire protection or related construction services is advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining a strong presence across projects in London and Essex.
