Job description

Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager required to join a global, market leading mechanical engineering manufacturer.

The successful Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager shall be responsible for leading Sales from the office for pump related products and services such as centrifugal pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps, magnetic drive pumps, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading Sales from the office for pump related products and services such as centrifugal pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps, magnetic drive pumps, and more.
  • Oversee daily operations, implementing strategic processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround times.
  • Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
  • Commutable to the office daily in Cambridge.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a sales engineer / area sales engineer / internal sales engineer / area sales manager / sales manager / business development manager and or similar within pumps.
  • Proven sales background and strong technical pump knowledge.
  • Driven sales individual with a desire to grow within a reputable provider of industrial pump products, systems and services.
  • A technical mechanical engineering qualification would be advantageous.
  • Must be commutable to the office in Cambridge or willing to relocate.
