Sales Manager

Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager required to join a global, market-leading mechanical engineering manufacturer.

The successful Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager shall be responsible for leading Sales from the office for pump-related products and services such as centrifugal pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps, magnetic drive pumps, and more.

• Responsible for leading Sales from the office for pump-related products and services such as centrifugal pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps, magnetic drive pumps, and more.
• Oversee daily operations, implementing strategic processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
• Commutable to the office daily in Cambridge.

• Experience as a sales engineer / area sales engineer / internal sales engineer / area sales manager / sales manager / business development manager or similar within pumps.
• Proven sales background and strong technical pump knowledge.
• Driven sales individual with a desire to grow within a reputable provider of industrial pump products, systems, and services.
• A technical mechanical engineering qualification would be advantageous.
• Must be commutable to the office in Cambridge or willing to relocate.
