Role: Sales Manager

Location: Brighton

Salary: £40k per annum OTE £60k

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager / Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the care home for prospective residents and their families, building strong relationships and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective residents and their families to match them with suitable care services.
  • Maintain and exceed expectations with existing residential agreements.
  • Respond promptly and warmly to new leads and inquiries, fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to represent the brand and implement corporate marketing strategies.
  • Drive full occupancy through monthly sales targets and lead generation.
  • Build brand awareness by fostering relationships within the local community.
  • Work as part of the home’s leadership team to ensure the best experience for residents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a B2C sales environment, ideally in a high-end or luxury service sector.
  • Warm, empathetic, and engaging approach to sales.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
