Aberdeen Based - Travel Across Scotland

Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Bonuses + Training + Progression + Brilliant Incentives

To contribute to their success and growth plans, they are now seeking a driven salesperson who is keen to step into a sales manager position and lead a successful team of field staff.

You will be the line manager for a growing team of currently 6 individuals based in different patches across Scotland. Although the team have undergone full training and are self-sufficient, you will be expected to direct them and offer support when needed. You will also be expected to travel to the various patches, including Glasgow, Dundee, Highlands etc to visit staff members and attend client meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold strong sales experience and have previously led or managed a team. Alongside management, you should want to contribute to the sales culture and also effectively close deals.

The Role:

1. Line management for the sales team.
2. Directing the sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
3. Leading sales meetings and training courses.
4. Generating new customers weekly, whilst maintaining a brilliant service to existing customers.
5. Company car provided.
6. Full training into specialist products and sales process.

The Person:

1. Holds strong sales experience.
2. Holds some kind of team lead / management experience.
3. Enthusiastic and passionate individual who is able to motivate and manage a team.
4. Wants to receive specialist training in a growing sector.
