Location: Flexible (Preference for candidates based south of Birmingham, UK)

Experience Level: 10–15 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Lead to spearhead sales efforts for a Microsoft Dynamics ERP professional services company. This role is ideal for an accomplished sales professional with deep experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, targeting new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Revenue Goals: Deliver £3M – £3.5M in bookings by the second year through proactive business development, leveraging existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with the Solution Architect to support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution scoping, and proposal development.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies while building and managing a high-performing sales team over time.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage an established network of contacts to open doors with potential clients and industry partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 10–15 years of proven success in Microsoft Dynamics ERP sales, preferably gained within a pure-play Dynamics services partner.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Network: A well-developed professional network
  • Drive: Highly motivated, with the ambition to drive sales and contribute to long-term business growth.
  • Location Flexibility: Ideally based south of Birmingham, though strong candidates from across the UK will be considered.
