We’re looking for a Sales Growth Lead to help drive their commercial success and shape their go-to-market strategy. The Opportunity
Our client is developing groundbreaking sound-based levitation technology with applications across lab automation, liquid handling, and next-gen 3D printing. As Sales Growth Lead, you’ll play a central role in building a scalable sales function and delivering real commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Manage the full sales pipeline, improving conversion rates across all touchpoints
- Build strong relationships in relevant verticals (lab automation, sorting, liquid handling)
- Lead discovery conversations and co-create commercially viable solutions
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on value creation and long-term outcomes
- Report on progress and contribute to refining the sales process for scale
About You
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a tech startup environment, ideally in lab automation or deep tech
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial instinct
- Proven track record in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management
- Confident communicator who can translate technical details into a compelling commercial story
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales analytics platforms
