We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established and growing food business looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in their seafood division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding their customer base across the South of the UK.
The Role:
Develop and manage B2B sales within the seafood sector, focusing on wholesale customers.
Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Manage your own schedule with a mix of remote working (1-2 days per week) and field-based sales across the South of the UK.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
The Candidate:
Seafood sales experience is essential – you’ll need a strong understanding of the industry.
Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in wholesale, foodservice, or a related sector.
A confident communicator and negotiator with a hunter mentality.
Must be based South of Birmingham – ideal locations include Luton, London, Bristol, or surrounding areas.
A full UK driving license is required – this is a field-based role.
What’s on Offer?
c. £45k DOE + Company Car + 15% Bonus
Monday – Friday role with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week
