Maitland Selwyn are searching for a New Homes Sales Consultant to work for our 5-star developer!


Location: Sibsey (Near to Boston)
Hours: Full-time, Thursday-Monday, 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: £30,000 basic + £60,000 OTE


Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity with a premium developer? Maitland Selwyn is seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team, representing a 5-star housebuilder and helping buyers find their perfect home.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet potential buyers, providing an exceptional customer experience
  2. Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion
  3. Conduct viewings of stunning new homes and confidently present the benefits of each property
  4. Manage reservations and contracts, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately
  5. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and site teams to facilitate a smooth transaction
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets, working proactively to generate interest and drive sales
  7. Maintain the marketing suite and show homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in new homes sales or a strong background in property sales
  2. A results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  3. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  4. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team
  5. Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday-Monday schedule)
