Cupix, a leader in 3D virtualization and digital twin technology for the AEC / Construction market, has an immediate opening for a Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing Sales Team.

Cupix’s cloud-based software platform and mobile capture app offers the easiest way to achieve 360° immersive photo-documentation and progress tracking of physical spaces, providing spatial intelligence to remote teams and facilitating actionable insights. Our solutions digitally disrupt industries such as construction, architectural design, and facility management.

As a Sales Executive at Cupix, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by working in a business development role identifying and securing meetings for the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams, while also working towards closing sales deals in the Small and Medium Enterprise market sector. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue generation and building lasting relationships with our clients.

This is a remote position based in the UK to effectively support the local market. Proficiency in European languages, particularly German, is a valuable asset. You will work closely with the global sales team and report directly to the EMEA Head of Sales.

To be successful in this role, you’ll perform the following:

  • Working from your virtual office, develop a deep understanding of Cupix’s products, value proposition, competitive advantages, and industries served, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts and technology to a variety of audiences.
  • Identify and target prospects through research, networking, and outbound outreach, including cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and need for our products and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and demos for the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales team with potential clients to introduce them to our solutions.
  • Sales Presentation: Present our products and services to potential clients in the small and medium enterprise market sector, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including following up on leads, addressing objections, and negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with SME clients to understand their evolving needs and position our solutions as the best fit.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • As needed, travel to tradeshows to represent Cupix and collect leads.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated successful work as a sales development representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
  • Construction / AEC / SaaS experience or familiarity
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytically driven with the ability to understand the difference between interesting and actionable data.
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity in solving unique problems.
