Job description

Salary: 45-60k fixed + OTE up to 100k (DOE)

An opportunity to join a high-performing sales team at a scale-up series A SaaS company. You will be part of the European new business sales function, targeting new clients and growing accounts across the DACH market.

Role Overview: Join our Sales team and help establish us as the No. 1 Pricing Software in the DACH region by 2024. You'll engage in training, support market expansion, and drive sales growth through negotiations, business development, and participation in key industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage appointments and demonstrate our value proposition to prospects.
  2. Represent the company at trade fairs and events.
  3. Identify new business opportunities through outreach.
  4. Analyse pipeline data and optimise sales strategies.
  5. Achieve and exceed ARR targets with an incentivising bonus plan.

Requirements:

  1. Native/Fluent level German and proficient English.
  2. Proven sales experience (2+ years) in SaaS, Software, or Services.
  3. Data-driven mindset with strong organisational and productivity skills.
  4. Team player with a goal-oriented attitude.
  5. Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills.
