Job Type: Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by selling our services and products to new and existing customers. Develop a robust pipeline of profitable business.
  2. Client Engagement: Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop plans with measurable KPIs to drive growth and profit. Identify opportunities for sales campaigns.
  4. Market Presence: Ensure professional representation in the market in accordance with the company's values. Support tender responses tailored to the client's requirements.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish effective working relationships with internal staff and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  6. Team Development: Train personnel and help team members to develop their skills.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience in the construction and property industries (mandatory).
  3. Experience in the luxury market.
  4. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
  5. High strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
  7. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  8. Proactive attitude.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize to meet deadlines, manage a busy workload, and multitask.
  10. Attention to detail.
  11. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  12. UK Driver's License.
