Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by selling our services and products to new and existing customers. Develop a robust pipeline of profitable business.
- Client Engagement: Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop plans with measurable KPIs to drive growth and profit. Identify opportunities for sales campaigns.
- Market Presence: Ensure professional representation in the market in accordance with the company's values. Support tender responses tailored to the client's requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish effective working relationships with internal staff and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Team Development: Train personnel and help team members to develop their skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the construction and property industries (mandatory).
- Experience in the luxury market.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- High strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize to meet deadlines, manage a busy workload, and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- UK Driver's License.
