Job description

LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Executive specialising in BYD electric vehicles. As a Sales Executive - BYD, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our innovative electric vehicles, showcasing the latest technology and sustainable options to our customers. Your passion for electric vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in this role.

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £25,400 plus Uncapped bonus OTE plus company car

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers throughout their car-buying journey, providing detailed knowledge about BYD electric vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to help customers understand the features and benefits
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of the latest advancements in electric vehicles, specifically BYD offerings
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
  • Follow up with leads and enquiries, converting them into successful sales
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer service
Requirements

  • Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service environment is preferable
  • Strong passion for electric vehicles and a keen interest in sustainable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in understanding and explaining technical information related to vehicles
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales effectively
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
  • A current, valid driver's license is required
