Job Title – Sales Executive (Car Rental Sector)

Job Location – Stansted Airport

Salary – £18,533k with a £30k OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rentals to holiday makers, local businesses, and the general public. If they have a car already booked, your role is to upgrade the car rental that is already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, a bigger car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation.

Our client is the market leader in the vehicle rental sector for holiday makers and businesses. They have offices across the globe and at all the major airports.

Our client is looking for passionate, motivated, sales-driven people that can help grow the business and drive sales for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer and convince the client regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products into the rental contract.
  • Achieve targets.
  • Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles, directly or through brokers, to finalize the contract and the attribution of the vehicle following the established procedures.
  • Provide clients with the correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
  • Record on the company’s computer system any client data gathered as well as any relevant information obtained on finalizing the rental contract.
  • Be available and a close representative by exhibiting correct behavior.
  • Carry out the various operational reports requested.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles, the billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
  • Occasionally control the vehicles by activating the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing left-behind objects.
