Job description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Provide cars for drivers and vans for delivery drivers

Location:London

Salary:£18k basic with a £35k OTE

Our client provides drivers with vehicle finance and short-term vehicles to rent so they can work for a well-established transportation company.

In the role you will be booking appointments and going through the whole sales process with customers who are looking for help that often have never owned a car before or have been declined credit. You will help them enter into an agreement where they work towards owning their own car.

You will be meeting potential new customers who are thinking about signing up as a driver, or who have just finished their ‘on-boarding’ process and are therefore looking for help owning a vehicle.

The role is sales-focused and covers the following:

  • Helping customers through the whole sales process
  • Taking bookings and holding fees by credit/debit card for short-term car rental
  • Updating vehicle assignment database.
  • Achievement of weekly sales targets
  • Collecting potential customers details
  • Load information into the CRM system

The successful applicant will be:

  • Target and sales driven
  • Professional, polite and friendly: You will need to be welcoming and engaging to encourage the customers to come to speak to you rather than competitors.
  • Confident – happy to speak to new people and start conversations with potential customers and a “can do” mentality
  • Convincing – natural sales ability, exceptional presentation skills and well-developed negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and ambitious: The commission and lead payments are uncapped!
  • Good time management
  • Self-motivated, target driven team player with a competitive nature
