Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales? Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and make a real impact!


Our client is a leading trade-only distributor of security & door entry products. Supplying exclusively to wholesalers, retailers, and trade installers, allowing them to understand and meet the needs of their trade partners. They have built a reputation for being a reliable distributor of the highest quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
  2. Make 80-100 outbound calls a day to potential leads
  3. Close sales over the phone
  4. Process quotations and sales orders
  5. Use your initiative to target new companies
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients
  7. Achieve monthly targets and company KPIs
  8. Day-to-day account management
  9. General sales admin
Requirements:
  1. Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunication field
  2. Outbound calling/cold calling experience is required
  3. Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
  4. Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude
  5. Results orientated
  6. Good computer skills in Microsoft and CRM software
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Ability to work well under pressure
Benefits:
  1. Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
