As a Sales Executive at LSH Auto, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Salary - £25,400 Plus Uncapped Bonus, Plus Company Car or Car Allowance
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to help customers make informed purchase decisions
Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer budgetary requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive referrals
Requirements
Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
Passion for luxury vehicles and a good understanding of the automotive market
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
