Job description

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an established organisation in the Sutton Coldfield area who are looking to recruit a driven proactive B2B telesales and sales support executive for the business. The role is fully office based and does not offer hybrid or WFH options.


Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 5:30pm and Friday 9am till 5pm.


Duties and Tasks will include:
  1. Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to identify and generate further business.
  2. Follow up enquiries and new leads to determine the potential for future business.
  3. Run specific sales initiatives and provide monthly reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  4. Initiate regular and systematic telephone follow up of quotes to maximise the opportunities.
  5. Lead generation from available data (CRM Databases & Marketing Information).
  6. Proactive follow up of all incoming leads.

Candidates welcome to apply must have:
  1. A proven track record in a Sales support and or telesales environment desirable.
  2. Ability to identify sales opportunities.
  3. Experience in delivering to targets.
  4. Good organisational skills, including diary management and forward planning.
  5. Ability to communicate sales concepts/technical terms to all audiences.
  6. Computer literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  7. Experience of using CRM databases beneficial.
