Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive able to thrive in a high-energy hospitality environment to drive our bedrooms and conference business. In this role, you support the development of sales strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and work with internal teams to deliver events that exceed our guests' expectations.


The Role
  1. Identify and proactively pursue new opportunities for bedrooms and conference sales through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event coordinators, and local partners.
  3. Consult with potential clients to understand their needs to develop tailored proposals that showcase our hotel’s facilities and services.
  4. Deliver engaging presentations and site walkarounds to highlight our unique event spaces, food offerings, and service standards.
  5. Work closely with the events, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of conferences.
  6. Coordinate post-event feedback sessions to assess performance and refine future strategies.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to optimize our sales approach.

Qualifications & Skills
  1. Proven experience in hotel sales, event management, or a related field, preferably in bedrooms, wedding or conference area.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop creative sales strategies and close all opportunities.
  4. Excellent organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  5. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
