Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking to develop your career in a thriving and dynamic environment? Construo Recruitment are recruiting an enthusiastic Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced office-based role where you will play a key part in driving business growth.

About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospective clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion, identify sales opportunities, and deliver outstanding service via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new sales opportunities from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
  2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
  3. Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email.
  4. Maintain and update the prospect database, ensuring accurate records.
  5. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
  6. Promote and upsell telecom solutions, connectivity, mobile airtime, and IT services.
  7. Work alongside the marketing team to enhance lead generation and engagement.
  8. Collaborate on larger and more complex sales opportunities.
  9. Deliver exceptional client experiences by effectively handling objections and concerns.
  10. Receive full training on our product portfolio to confidently advise clients.

What We're Looking For:
  1. B2B sales experience preferred (Telecom experience beneficial but not essential).
  2. Confident and professional communicator, particularly over the phone.
  3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
