Sales Executive

Certain Advantage is hiring for Temp to Perm Sales Executives based in Ormskirk. If you are a confident Sales Executive who likes a team environment and is driven by a target-based environment - this is the role for you! Great rate of pay and a fantastic central location.

The Company

We're working with a business that's a leading Marketing client based in Ormskirk town centre. If you're looking to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive client that values its people, then this is a great sales opportunity if you are looking to build a career in sales.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executive to join their busy existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Calling warm leads
  2. Generating appointments
  3. Overcoming objections and closing sales
  4. Working to daily calls targets and conversions each day

Compensation
£13.18 an hour (£24,000 basic, plus uncapped commission). Shifts are working 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am-3.30pm (35 hours a week).

Temp to perm contract. Great opportunity for role to go permanent.

The Individual
  1. Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Confident people that enjoy talking to people.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Money motivated.
  7. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software.
