The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will work within a large customer portfolio, handling numerous warm leads and enquiries, with access to top outbound sales tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Processing orders and checking lead times and order progress.
- Utilizing strong sales and investigative skills.
- Learning and utilizing CRM systems and processes for lead follow-up.
- Handling proactive and reactive sales calls to grow business.
- Liaising with customers and other departments to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Responding to enquiries and warm leads for product information and quotes.
- Creating quality written communications.
- Representing the company positively and providing excellent customer experiences.
- Meeting sales targets against set KPIs.
- Ensuring adherence to codes of practice and business processes.
Experience/Knowledge Bank (Essential/Desired)
- Knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar) for improving lead follow-up.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales.
- Numerical literacy.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Word/Excel; an interest in technology is advantageous.
- Background in achieving targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: Starting Salary £25K+ commission pay (with OTE around £29K-32K)
