Sales Executive

Full time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car + Frequent incentives
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: North West/M6 Corridor (territory will be determined by successful candidate's location)
Powerforce, a multi-award winning company, including FMBE Agency of the Year, is hiring a Sales Executive for our Molson Coors team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with Multi-Site retailers in the convenience channel, driving distribution growth and identifying new opportunities.
You’ll work with retailers who operate multiple stores, creating agreements, conducting face-to-face meetings, and focusing on growing the Molson Coors portfolio. Store visits will also play a part in supporting retailer knowledge and understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Work from a list of multi-site retailers to build mini joint business plans and short-term agreements to increase Molson Coors distribution and deliver AC (actual contribution) value to our customer.
- Prospect new customers based on opportunity within your area.
- Work closely with internal client contacts to develop opportunities.
- Build great relationships with multi-site retailers and provide first-class customer service.
- Propose and implement agreements to gain new distribution, improved availability, and visibility.
- Drive distribution and resolve out of stocks using Sales Out and EPOS to engage contacts.
- Gain new distribution points through commercial presentations.
- Maximise share of space within the category.
- Secure and agree off-shelf features to be activated by ground-level BDEs or store operators/teams.
- Share best practices and learnings with the National Sales Manager and the Molson Coors sales teams.
- Implement and improve national promotions with the relevant setting.
- Use strong in-store relationships to agree additional, discretionary activation at a store level.
Requirements:
- Held a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
- This is a highly commercial and numeric role, requiring the display of that skillset.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – training will also be provided.
- This is a very autonomous role; as a Sales Executive, you need to be a real self-starter and work well from your own initiative.
- A great role for someone with aspirations to go into a national account’s role.
- This person will work extremely closely with Molson Coors direct sales teams, therefore a BRILLIANT ambassador for the business is a MUST.
