About the Role

IRD Consultancy is recruiting for a Luxury Fine Jewellery Client Advisor position to be based in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest standards of luxury customer service and cultivating strong client relationships, to create an authentic, memorable and exquisite experience for every customer.

To be considered for this role, a proven track record within luxury retail sales is a prerequisite; watch/jewellery experience is preferred but not essential.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
2. Passionate in building a robust network and cultivating an established VIP clientele.
3. Committed to delivering an exceptional, world-class client experience to foster brand loyalty.
4. Ability to carry out a flawless selling ceremony which adheres to the Brand’s direction combined with your unique professional approach
5. Excel in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently, driven by a results-oriented mindset.
6. Committed to offering exceptional client experiences, adhering to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
