What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant / Sales Recruitment Consultant:
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings).
- Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our own internal database plus social media channels.
- Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates.
