Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective telemarketing and relationship-building strategies. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies that enhance sales efforts.
  5. Track sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  6. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction.

Skills
  1. Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  6. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
