Job Description

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and market trends.
  2. Strategically plan and prioritise sales activities to meet agreed targets.
  3. Conduct 80 outbound sales calls daily, achieving a total call time of 90 minutes.
  4. Build and nurture customer relationships using effective sales techniques.
  5. Provide exceptional service to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Address and follow up on sales inquiries through appropriate channels.
  7. Record call details and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  8. Perform any additional tasks as reasonably required.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Energetic and a strong communicator.
  2. Eager to learn about call techniques, products, and services.
  3. Naturally curious, with a keen interest in understanding customers and their businesses.
  4. Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
  5. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  6. Self-assured when making cold calls to new customers.
  7. Resilient and driven to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  9. Proven experience of working in a high volume call role would be advantageous.
