Job description

We are recruiting for experienced Sales Executives who will promote and sell our clients' brand, generating sales activity and opening up lines of communication with clients and prospects whilst achieving a defined revenue target that is underpinned by strong margin performance that meets the expectations of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Achieve B2B sales development revenue and profit targets.
  2. Prospecting and targeting companies through cold calling and warm leads through to securing/contract signing.
  3. Developing key high level contacts to maximize business opportunities.
  4. Pro-actively contact and visit prospective clients to establish their future needs and requirements.
  5. Working with the Account Management Team to implement new clients.
  6. Maintain excellent product and competitor awareness to ensure optimal client experience.
  7. Maintain and develop an up to date development register.
  8. Update CRM Sales system to reflect response progress/completion.
  9. Complete responses to RFI (Request for Information) & RFP (Request for Pricing) tender documents for prospective corporate customers as necessary.
  10. Supporting the sales team in providing solutions to address up-selling & business development opportunities within the existing client base.
  11. Representing our client at industry and mobility networking events.
  12. Act as a 'Subject Matter Expert' for our core services and point of liaison with their marketing team.
  13. To account manage key clients throughout the entire process ensuring repeat business.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Essential):
  1. Commercial awareness demonstrating high levels of integrity, energy and enthusiasm
  2. Be results orientated with a clear determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Experience in presenting at all levels.
  4. Ability to persuade and influence others.
  5. Ability to spot opportunities and be proactive.

  8. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Desirable):
  1. Global mobility sales experience.
  2. Proactive, assertive and able take ownership of the target and plan for achievement.
  3. Commercially aware and able to negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  4. Proven track record of success negotiating and closing sales.
  5. Understanding and knowledge of the market/industry.
  6. Sales experience in a B2B environment.
  7. Strong networking skills, with proven ability to maximize contacts.
  8. Able to read, interpret and respond to tender documents.
