Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to create strategic business plans and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored consultancy solutions.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  6. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  8. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in consultancy or professional services).
  2. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  4. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  5. Excellent market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
  6. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per year
