Sales Executive

If so, this could be the perfect role for you as my client based in Farnborough is looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, securing bookings and up selling different products that would be available to them. I'm looking for a sales candidate who is extremely money motivated, driven and thrives working in a target driven environment. You will be building relationships with customers (B2C) over the phone; therefore it is vital that you have a confident telephone manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Returning sales enquiries
2. Dealing with inbound enquiries
3. Maintaining a reasonable presence on the phone each day
4. Upkeep of leads
5. Turning leads into sales
6. Maintain customer database using Salesforce
7. Meet sales targets on a monthly basis
8. Process payments accurately
9. Gain industry knowledge and keep this updated
10. Be a positive influence within the Team environment
11. Give excellent customer service
12. Remain professional at all times
