Join a well-established and growing national IT solutions provider as a Sales Executive. They have a diverse range of clients of various sizes and sectors.

THE ROLE:

  • Working in a team of 4 Sales Executives, you will be responsible for developing new business and existing accounts.
  • Leads are provided, and a marketing agency provides support; however, you will need to make cold calls to win new business.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery calls to presentations, quoting, and crucially closing deals.
  • An average deal cycle is 60 days.
  • You will be encouraged to bring new business development ideas, although there will continue to be a strong focus on telephone sales.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Recent B2B sales experience, ideally IT sales.
  • Driven, motivated, and full of ideas.
  • Local to Northampton.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic.
  • OTE year 1 = £45,000.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing to 25) + public holidays.
  • On-site car parking.
  • Company social events.
