Sales Executive
Bradford
£25,000 + Bonus

My Client, a well-established firm, is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to drive business growth by generating and converting leads, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Main Duties:

  1. Respond promptly to all enquiries within agreed service levels, providing professional and accurate information regarding legal services.
  2. Generate detailed and transparent proposals for prospective clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing and service expectations.
  3. Actively follow up on sales leads, engage potential clients, and address any queries related to residential conveyancing.
  4. Utilise the firm's Quoting Platform to send prospective clients tailored quotations and instructions on how to proceed.
  5. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by gathering necessary client details and liaising with internal teams to initiate case files.
  6. Manage and update the Quoting platform, ensuring fee scales remain current and onboarding new referrers as needed.
  7. Monitor and maintain relationships with referral partners and other external stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.
  8. Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.

Experience Required:
  1. Enthusiastic and commercially driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of residential property transactions.
  2. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with clients.
  3. Knowledge of Residential Property Transactions is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
