Full Time - Permanent

Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

£25,000 Basic OTE £40K Uncapped

WEEKLY PAY including commission

Hours: 1.30 pm - 9.00 pm

Location: Altrincham

We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with Digital Marketing clients based in Altrincham.

The Role

1. To cold call potential customers to generate interest in order to transfer the prospect to the Business Development Manager to complete a demonstration of the company's products.
2. Manage Data Accurately - changing the sales stage and understanding the dispositions which affect the output in CRM.
3. Manage calls/callbacks.
4. Performance is in line with the average data yield.
5. Call Quality - adheres to the script.
6. Handle objections.
7. During the probation period, meet weekly point target.
8. Develop relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business.
9. Lead by example, a role model for new recruits.
10. Demonstrate ethical behaviour.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
12. Be a reliable/dependable team player with an excellent attendance record/time-keeping.
13. Demonstrate consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis.
14. Respond positively to change and support management in change implementation.
15. Demonstrate initiative and drive.
16. Demonstrate emotional resilience.

Full extensive training and a defined career path

Salary is £25,000 basic, 1st year OTE £40K
