Role Overview

As an Event & Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and our operations team. Your main responsibilities will include generating new business, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the successful planning and execution of events — from corporate functions and weddings to banquets and private celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow event bookings and hotel business
  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring all details are managed to the highest standards
  • Liaise with internal teams including catering, operations, and AV to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, and client interactions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in sales or event coordination (hospitality background preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
