Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
  • Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs
  • Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
  • Self Starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solutions oriented
  • Strong presentation skills; story teller
  • The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations)
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for winning, with a team player mentality
Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software in order to explain our company's products or services to prospects and customers
  • Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls
  • Listen to customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information back to the product for development
  • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
  • Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services
