One of the most well-respected AdTech businesses in the CTV space is looking for a sharp, strategic thinker to build out a brand-new function focused on sales enablement and market intelligence. This role is all about creating smart sales solutions, packaging up advertising offerings in a compelling way, and equipping commercial teams with the insights and materials they need to win business.

The Role:

1. Develop and refine sales packages, sponsorship opportunities, and go-to-market materials.
2. Craft compelling narratives, case studies, and data-backed claims to showcase product value.
3. Lead competitive and market intelligence, providing actionable insights for sales teams.
4. Work cross-functionally to align messaging, drive strategy, and support commercial success.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
2. Strong understanding of video, TV, or CTV advertising, ideally across European markets.
3. A storyteller with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling sales content.
