Ecommerce Sales Director (Maternity Cover) | £70,000-80,000 - OTE £100-120k | Manchester

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader ready to take on a high-impact role? We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to cover a maternity leave, leading a high-performing sales team and driving growth within a thriving sales unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage four sales teams (~30 sales professionals) to achieve business targets.
  2. Support and mentor three Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.
  3. Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.
  5. Oversee key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring strong client relationships.
  6. Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.
  7. Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and sales analysis.
  2. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  3. A results-driven leader with a passionate, energetic, and ebullient approach.
  4. Ability to analyse data and trends to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
