Base Salary: up to £120,000

OTE: £240,000

Location: Reading - Hybrid Working

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our client's high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and solidifying the company's position as an industry leader.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team capitalizes on every opportunity in public and private sectors. You will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support, guiding the team to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong ability to motivate and develop teams. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Candidate Skills / Experience:

1. Proven experience in a Senior Sales Management position
2. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms, including licensing knowledge.
3. A personal history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Expertise in selling and creating value propositions for implementation and managed services.
5. Understanding of public sector frameworks.
6. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills
