Job Title: Sales Director / National Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services

Industry Sector: Fire Protection, Fire Services, Fire Detection, Security Systems, Fire Alarms, Fire & Security

Area to be covered: National (ideally based centrally)

Remuneration: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus tbc

Benefits: company car or allowance & full usual benefit package

The role of the Sales Director / National Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services will involve:

1. Sales Director / Business Development Manager position selling passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services.
2. Depending on your experience, would offer either a National BDM or Sales Director position.
3. Will create a small team and need to recruit BDM's long term.
4. All of your time will be spent selling to end users & facilities management companies.
5. Focusing on commercial, industrial, education and leisure sectors.
6. Working on projects such as schools, colleges, universities, office blocks, etc.
7. Project order values can vary from £200k - £2m.
8. Turnover target will be established based on your experience.
9. National position ideally based central.

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Director / National Business Development Manager - Fire Protection Services with:

1. Must have senior sales experience in the fire sector.
2. Ideally have people management experience.
3. Ideally be aware of the industry standards.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Stable career background.
6. Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills.
