Job Description

As a member of our Enterprise Sales Associate team, you will play a pivotal role in our future success by leading the UK Region, for one of the company’s most strategic functional groups. With collaboration and support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team, you will have the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth for ServiceNow. You will be empowered to recruit, build, and coach your team, as well as help define, develop, and optimise our ESA Sales operating model and processes.

What you get to do in this role:

  1. Manage 3 first line managers ensuring all teams exceed quarterly quotas and targets.
  2. Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-calibre overlay sales team who partner closely with our Enterprise Account Executives on the largest ServiceNow customers in the UK.
  3. Lead the team in strategic account planning, territory planning, and researching prospect customers.
  4. Oversee all operational aspects of your team to optimise sales productivity and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Communicate clear goals and roles to team members, set and track KPIs, and reward team efforts and accomplishments.
  6. Represent the ESA Sales organisation within the regional business and keep market sales leaders updated on revenue forecasts and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrable experience leading a sales organisation in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the B2B, SaaS space.
  2. A validated track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, with demonstrated pipeline forecasting skills.
  3. The ability to be a thought leader on further improving internal processes.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  5. Experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high sales performers and building an outstanding team culture.
  6. Proven experience in managing managers and developing leadership capabilities within your team.
