About Our Client

Page Executive is collaborating with a US-based, private equity-backed digital technology services firm to recruit a Sales Director (individual contributor) for their Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sales team.

Our client is on an ambitious journey to achieve $1 billion in global revenue and offers a comprehensive range of technology services, including Digital Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive new business and revenue growth within the BFS sector.

Job Description

Business Development: Identify and secure new clients within the BFS sector, focusing on large and strategic accounts.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organisations.

Solution Selling: Understand client needs and work with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring agreements that align with company goals.

Global Delivery Model: Sell projects using an onsite-offshore model and a global delivery model, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the BFS Industry, a proven track record of securing new business, and the ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

This role requires an innovative mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a strong technical background. A strong academic background, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven sales experience within the technology and telecoms industry.

Excellent knowledge of the BFSI sector.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
