Reporting to: Group Managing Director

Responsibilities:
- Communicating the benefits of the company’s products in order to drive sales.
- Being the point of contact between the business and their prospects/clients.
- Identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients.
- Working closely with the Group Managing Director and the rest of the team to generate ideas and concepts to improve sales.
- Ensuring proper client relation management and managing challenging situations both internally and with the client.
- Helping the design team and developing the Sales Strategy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identifying a pipeline of business and building on existing relationships.
- Conducting compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Providing regular reports to the Group Managing Director.
- Taking accountability for sales governance and controls.
- Winning high-quality business at high margins.
- Managing and taking accountability for the sales forecast and target for the business.
Minimum Requirements:
It is expected that the successful applicant will have 10+ years previous experience in sales at a senior level, preferably from within a similar sector, and have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
