- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets to drive business growth throughout the HVAC sector.
- Lead and oversee sales teams, agents, and internal departments, ensuring effective coordination.
- Manage marketing activities, national sales events, and support product development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure key accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development and operational strategy through the Executive Board.
