Sales Director – Basic Salary: £80k -£140k - based on experience plus annual bonus.

Chorley based. Hybrid.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an expanding group of companies. Jarion Ltd is a high-quality entrepreneurial business holding the majority shareholding in circa 8 companies (mainly North-West based). We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated experienced sales leader to play a key role in the growth of Jarion Ltd and our portfolio of businesses. We are looking for someone to help drive our sales and net profit across our group.

The Company

Jarion Ltd is a truly exciting and unique business concept. We help value-driven entrepreneurs with high-quality and disruptive business ideas set up and grow their businesses. We provide a unique offering in terms of evaluation of new business ideas, developing business plans, funding, all-round support from our highly skilled team (at Jarion) and access to our top-quality partner network.

We are a privately-owned company with two founding partners holding 100% of the shares, ensuring our independence. The Jarion team consists of circa 17 dedicated employees. The Jarion portfolio employs in the region of 120 employees.

The Role

As Sales Director, you will use your creative flair and passion to:

  1. Work with the existing Jarion portfolio to help them refine their sales strategies, processes, and sales delivery (meeting & exceeding their sales and profit targets etc).
  2. Work with our varied stakeholder community ensuring collaborative and productive relationships (including government departments).
  3. Help us decide on which new business ideas we are to support (we are looking for scalable ideas that bring something new and exciting to the market, always with the aim of enhancing the end customer’s experience) and help develop their business plans.

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience of the whole sales process from lead generation, lead management, telesales/account management engagement, sales conversion strategies, field sales expertise, and stakeholder engagement expertise.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Digital Strategy Director at Jarion.

The Person

Having the right person at the heart of our sales strategy and leading our sales initiatives from the front is critical and requires nothing other than an energetic, highly motivated, and committed individual who wants to be a part of something very special to take on this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering solid results both in sales performance and customer satisfaction with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £80,000.00-£140,000.00 per year
