About the Role:

As a Sales Development Specialist – DEX at TeamViewer, you'll be the driving force behind our enterprise sales engine for DEX (Digital Employee Experience) opportunities. You’ll connect with potential clients, qualify prospects, and find pain points that our Enterprise Sales Executive can build upon. This is your chance to be the first voice they hear and to make an impact right from the start.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research to identify potential enterprise clients and key decision-makers
  • Hunt down and qualify new leads through research and outreach
  • Master the art of cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
  • Engage with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven prospects
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Team up with marketing to make sure we’re hitting all the right targets
  • Crush your monthly goals for lead generation and meetings
  • Clear articulation of the value proposition of our SaaS offerings

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, especially in the B2B world; SDR experience is a big advantage
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a readiness for challenges are essential traits
  • Strong communication skills shine through in both phone conversations and emails
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships comes naturally
  • High energy and a positive attitude are always present
  • Mastery of LinkedIn, crafting impactful emails, and confidently making phone calls are key strengths
