About Us

We are an ambitious, fast-growing fintech operating at the intersection of crypto and fiat. With aggressive global expansion, we are actively launching businesses in multiple jurisdictions, securing new licenses, and establishing operations from the ground up.

To drive this growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Operations Launch Project Manager to lead the end-to-end setup of new markets, ensuring seamless operationalisation of our licenses and full business readiness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the operational launch of our business in new jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Create and maintain full project documentation to ensure governance, compliance, and structured execution when launching new businesses.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in expansion frameworks, operational processes, and performance metrics, driving efficiency and scalability.
• Develop scalable playbooks for launching in new jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency and consistency across expansions.
• Drive go-to-market readiness, ensuring internal teams and infrastructure are aligned for full business activation
  
• Manage key external relationships with regulators, banking partners, PSPs, and service providers to support smooth market entry.
• Generate management information (MI) and reports to provide clear insights for your direct reporting line and the executive team, ensuring transparency in progress, risks, and key metrics.
• Develop, document, and implement operational frameworks, including banking and payment integrations, KYC/AML processes, risk management, and compliance workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management with proven records of successfully managed projects of business set up or operations launch in different jurisdictions (MENA, LatAM and India would be preferable)
• Financial Industry and Crypto expertise
• Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills with a track record of taking responsibility for project outcomes.
• Proactive Mindset: Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to think outside the box for unique project challenges.
• Accuracy, meticulousness and attention to detail.
• Willing to document all aspects of the project for record-keeping.
