About Weavr

Weavr is the easiest way for businesses to embed relevant financial services into software at the point of need. Weavr recently secured its EMoney Institution licence to support its European customers and continues to invest in premium localised payments capabilities to better support existing and future B2B SaaS partners.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs who are leaders in the fields of payments and fintech, we’re a team of 100+ can-do builders who are at the frontier of the embedded-finance industry.

The team is characterised by smart, kind and high-performing experts who offer and ask for respect, openness and trust. Weavr is small enough for every individual to make an impact but operates at the level of a more mature organisation.

This role & opportunity

Your role focuses on researching leads, initiating new relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by achieving sales targets. You will report to the Senior SDR and collaborate with sales and commercial marketing teams across Europe. The principal stakeholders include external prospects, internal sales, and marketing teams. This role will have the authority to make decisions within the sales development process, working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Utilise tools and resources to effectively identify, qualify, and pursue new potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on companies to align our offerings with their needs and preferences.
  • Engagement: Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels to generate interest and expand our sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, enduring connections with potential clients through effective rapport-building techniques, nurturing relationships, and securing commitments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct high-quality meetings and product demos, providing valuable insights and support to Account Executives.
  • Sales Strategy: Innovate and continuously refine sales approaches, adopting a test-and-learn mindset to adapt based on results.
  • Data Management: Ensure CRM data accuracy and produce detailed reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly, showcasing results and key insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and commercial marketing teams, sharing information to contribute to Weavr’s success.
  • Technology Utilisation: Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) for outreach and data management.

About You

The section below describes our "ideal candidate." However, our hiring process places a strong emphasis on aptitude and passion. If you haven't used every specific tool or haven't met all the skill and experience criteria listed, please don't let that discourage you from applying. We highly value potential and dedication over a rigid checklist of qualifications. However, it's important to note that you bring previous B2B sales experience within a SaaS or fintech business and a track record of meeting KPIs and sales metrics.

  • Experience: 1+ years in SaaS or Fintech B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and adept at negotiation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Work Ethic: Highly driven, self-motivated, and positive, with a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Agile strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills for navigating sales situations.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management skills and attention to detail, facilitating efficient progress tracking and professional presentation.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, contributing to overall company success.
