Position Overview

You are invited to join a dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) working remotely in the UK. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media. Qualify leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and goals. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to lay the groundwork for long-term collaborations. Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing the value of your solutions.
  • Market Research & Targeting: Conduct research to define target audiences and identify ideal customer profiles. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular reports on pipeline performance. Present insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieve individual goals related to lead generation and SQL conversions in alignment with team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an SDR or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and optimize outreach efforts.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning, growth, and overcoming challenges.

What You Will Enjoy

  • Competitive base salary: £30,000–£32,000 per year with OTE up to £45,000–£52,000.
