Sales Development Representative

Temporary leading to a Permanent opportunity

Up to £22,308K basic, OTE up to £9K on commission per month

This is a permanent opportunity to excel and progress in a sales capacity with excellent earning potential. You will commence on a temporary basis whilst in training on a probation period; upon successful completion of the probation period, a permanent contract will be offered.

Location: Hanley Town Centre

Due to expansion, our client, an ever-growing collectable coin provider and retailer of fine collectables, is looking to recruit elite individuals to become part of their success.

Training: Offering an excellent induction of 4 weeks to train on systems, product knowledge, and sales.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  1. Motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets.
  2. Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  3. Sales or call centre experience.
  4. Proactive and passionate approach.
  5. Great communicator and people person.

The Role:

  1. Working in an exciting and fast-paced office environment.
  2. Key team member in the development of our increasing customer profile.
  3. Dealing with customers over the telephone, offering products within their area of interest.
  4. Developing relationships with current and established client base.
  5. Offering exclusive cross-sale products in alignment with their recent purchases.
  6. Responsible for selling a broad range of products, mirroring customers’ needs and wants.
  7. Providing excellent levels of customer service and rapport.
  8. Working to targets and expectations.

The Hours:

Training Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Once Trained: Monday to Thursday: 10am – 6pm; Friday: 9am – 5pm; Every other Saturday 9am – 4pm with half a day in lieu.

Contractual Hours: 8am – 8pm
